Multi-Family Residence

Complete renovation of three internal apartments which included new kitchens, bathrooms, electrical and plumbing. In each apartment the existing brick walls were exposed as an added Architectural feature. Additionally the building corridors were update with new flooring, electrical fixtures and paint. Lastly a new roof and fire alarm panel were installed as capital improvements to the building.
