Montgomery County Community College University Center

Located at 95 South Hanover Street, the portal to Pottstown, the project was a fit-out of an existing historical freight station, for new classrooms and faculty offices for Montgomery County Community College. The fit-out included substantial reconfiguration of electrical and HVAC systems, and the installation of an elevator inside the existing building envelope. The interior reconfiguration included the preservation of historical elements of the existing structure and finishes, to include a complete rebuild of an interior partition wall, re-using existing trim materials to preserve the historical feel of the newly renovated space.
