Independence Community Clubhouse

Located on a 6 acres site within the Independence 55+ community is the Clubhouse. The building features an indoor
and outdoor pool, full service kitchen and additional catering kitchen, fitness center with locker room facilities, dance/
yoga studio, bar and lounge, billiards room, and 1,500 SF ballroom. The exterior amenities include putting green,
tennis court, sand volleyball court, bocce ball and horseshoe pits.

The Clubhouse was awarded “Best” clubhouse in Delaware 2008.
