Duramed Pharmaceuticals

Duramed Pharmaceuticals relocated its administrative offices from One Bala Plaza to One Belmont Ave in July of 04. The project consisted of a 40,000 sf interior fit out including boardroom, training room, data center, high density file rooms, and lunch room. The data center was designed with all backup systems (UPS & Generator). This project had unique difficulties due to the buildings age, ceiling heights, and base building mechanical systems.
