Corinthian College / Everest Institute

The project consists of completing capital improvement work for Landlord prior to Everest College taking possession of building. The interior work consisted of interior demolition, installation two new 30ton ERV (Energy Recovery Units) units on the roof, new 1600AMP electrical service including PECO transformer, major repair of exterior brick and roof and extensive site work. The site work included repaving the parking lot, new ADA handicap parking spaces, and new front entrance.
