Connect America

Formerly Williamson’s Restaurant, the Penthouse floor of 1 Belmont Avenue in Bala Cynwyd, PA features spectacular views of the Philadelphia city skyline. The project consisted of complete renovation of new corporate offices. The interior fit out included conference rooms, executive offices, a break room, a war room and open areas for cubicles. A state-of-the-art server room was added including a Liebert UPS and Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) Unit. Exposed ceilings and ductwork, along with indirect lighting, architectural glass, and imaginative finishes created a one-of-a-kind corporate interior congruent with the brand identity of Connect America. In addition to the interior fit out, two new 30 TON Roof Top Units (RTU) were installed as part of the HVAC upgrade.
