Carl Frampton grew up in Bethel Township (Now Garnet Valley), Pennsylvania. He received a Bachelors of Science in Landscape Architect at West Virginia University in 1997. After a brief career working in Landscape Architecture he went back to school for an MBA in Finance at Iona College in New Rochelle, New York. While going to school for his Masters he was offered a co-op position with Barr Pharmaceuticals (Now Teva) in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey. Carl was offered a full time position with the company in 2001 marking the beginning of commercial construction career.

While at Barr he completed over 300,000 square feet of tenant improvement and manufacturing projects. The highlight of his career at Barr came when he oversaw the construction of the new 90,000 square foot Corporate Headquarters project.
In 2005 Carl moved back to the Philadelphia area and began working for Beacon Commercial Real Estate in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. During his time at Beacon he worked with several major developers throughout the tri-state region. He completed hundreds of thousands of square feet of project.

Opportunity came calling again in 2007, and Carl was offered a Sr. Project Management position with Ocean Atlantic in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware to oversee Commercial construction projects. While working at Ocean Atlantic he oversaw the construction of a 24,000 square foot community center that won a Regal construction award in 2009. Carl also managed the preconstruction of an 11 story luxury condo project in Wilmington, Delaware, a Hilton Garden Inn in Lewes, Delaware and mixed use office / residential project in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.

In 2010 Carl was offered a partnership in the firm Garnet Hill. Garnet Hill completed several fast food restaurant projects, elementary and secondary educational projects and several tenant improvement projects. After a couple years he made the decision to start his own firm.

Carl founded Del Val Structures in 2012. He has a dedicated and knowledgeable team that surrounds him. Carl has cultivated long standing business relationships over his 10 plus years working in real estate and construction from Northern New Jersey to Sussex County, Delaware. He strives to continue these relationships and build new ones as Del Val Structures takes shape as a leader in construction management and general contracting throughout the tri-state region.
