Walgreens

Located at 6 locations throughout the Delaware and Southeast Pennsylvania market, these Walgreens stores were constructed for developers on a build-to-suit agreement with Walgreens corporate. These projects included construction of free-standing commercial buildings, in compliance with Walgreens national construction specifications and standards. Project schedules were maintained through adverse weather conditions, and unique issues encountered at each site. The Lewes location in particular was unique, as it was a radical departure from the characteristic Walgreens prototype common at this time. The Lewes location was constructed on an accelerated schedule through the use of tilt-up precast concrete panels.
